This policy describes how personal data is processed when you browse this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected

This site is a showcase portfolio and contains no forms. The only data processed is:

  • connection logs automatically generated by the server (IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed, browser type), for security and proper operation;
  • the information you voluntarily provide if you choose to contact the editor by email.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Security, abuse prevention and proper operation of the site: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
  • Replying to messages received by email: the editor's legitimate interest in responding to correspondents.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function (session management and protection against cross-site request forgery — CSRF). No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set. In accordance with the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL), these essential cookies do not require your prior consent.

Recipients and processors

Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It may be processed by the following providers, acting as processors:

  • Site hosting: PulseHeberg (9 boulevard de Strasbourg, 83000 Toulon, France).
  • Web font delivery: Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), a privacy-first service that sets no cookies and records no personal data for tracking purposes.

Retention period

Connection logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Email exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted.

Transfers outside the European Union

Data is hosted within the European Union. No transfer to a third country is carried out.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to clement.maldonado@tourtap.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
